Appearance: Standing at 5’6”, Acacia not only is tall but looks older than she actually is. She has short, thin black hair she has cut to cover her ears, but made so it doesn’t get in her way during Quidditch, and received her father’s dark complexion. Her eyes are a dark brown.
History: Acacia is the oldest daughter, of pureblood Dameos Leoni and a muggle woman named Viola. She has two brothers, Jeremy, a child of her father’s first marriage and also a squib, and Jarrod, her full brother and a Ravenclaw. Also, she has a younger sister named Monica who was sorted into Hufflepuff a couple years later.
After Jarrod received his letter from Hogwarts, Acacia waited a whole year in anticipation to see if she would also be accepted into the prestigious school that he oldest brother had been denied. When she arrived, the sorting hat was not on her head long before placing her into the Hufflepuff House.
Acacia was trying to help save her friends when she lost her sister during the troll attack. She has never forgiven herself and blames Bellatrix and Andromeda for the death of her baby sister. She has no idea what to make of Fletcher though, she wonders if he played a part in her sister’s death also.
Personality: Acacia is a bit of a tomboy since mainly her brothers raised her. Her cocky attitude and stubborn nature usually makes her appear standoffish, but she is generally a nice person. However, she is prone to get into arguments about blood status since she is not only a half-blood, but her oldest brother is a squib.
A good student, though it is because she tries hard since she can be a bit slow in some subjects, she receives grades ranging from A to O. She is also chaser for the house team, though she secretly wants to play keeper. Between Quidditch, school, and friends, she never had time to be in relationships and rarely gives them much thought.
Changes to Application:
Acacia Leoni is a 6th year Hufflepuff who has gone through a series of changes since the beginning of her 5th year. Since the death of her sister, she has come to terms with Monica’s death and stopped blaming Andromeda. However, she also lost her brother, Jarrod Leoni, when he helped Bellatrix with her torture. She recently broke up with her boyfriend and has never dated Amos Diggory.
